Fred Enochs opened TDI’s Houston office in 2008 with a focus on supporting the domestic and international energy, mining and financial services sectors. In this role, he provides clients with targeted commercial analysis and advisory services including government policy issues, green energy initiatives, emissions and trading regulations, project due diligence, market dynamics and event-based arbitrage opportunities.
Mr. Enochs has developed or led risk management business units providing services and products for the energy, chemical and maritime sectors. He has significant experience with critical infrastructure protection, homeland security and risk based security solutions.
Prior to joining TDI, Mr. Enochs served as a director for Enron Corporation, where he led a team and managed a multi-million dollar P&L. Mr. Enochs was instrumental in the creation of a commodity trading business focused on the telecommunications sector's products, contracts and operations.
Mr. Enochs had a 13 year career with the Central Intelligence Agency where he managed technical and operational projects in over 70 countries. He designed and provided time critical solutions in support of strategic government policy initiatives. Mr. Enochs has received numerous awards and citations in recognition for his service.
Mr. Enochs received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Akron.
